This is a conference that is focused on bingo and addresses the challenges of operating a bingo hall from dealing with customers, suppliers, and regulators along with owners and upper management.

Sandi – Having worked over 30 years in the Bingo Industry primarily working at AGLC developing policies and procedures for the bingo industry. Worked hand in hand with Bingo Halls around the province of
Alberta training staff, recommending changes to bingo systems, equipment installs and policies for operational procedures of Bingo Halls. Also, worked on program design and development with individual operators in Canada and the US. Managed customer relations within Canada, US, and Europe. Develop and oversee software development and testing. Managed and oversaw the operation of a linked game.
Brittney – Having worked within Bingo halls for over 5 years in various positions. Volunteered for many organizations over 20 years. Work with AGLC and complete reporting for bingo, pull tabs, and casinos on an annual basis.
Theresa – In excess of 5 years of experience dealing with regulators, vendor licensing, staff handling in bingo facilities and vendor testing, registration and licensing within Canada and Europe. Experienced in following government policies for vendors and operators within Canada, US and Europe.
